We are maintaining the quality of services which will resolve your issues quickly.

Overall we guarantee to bring your services back in the production within your priority 1 SLA of 4 hours.

This service offers the following 2 simple plans:

 

  • Prepaid Escalation Services:

Minimum 50 hours contract.

All the application and services information will be shared.

Customer identification will be provided for the immediate start of the support.

White collar service with 2000 or more hours.

Includes Further Escalation to Microsoft Product Support  Services.

Hourly rate of USD $150 hour + tax is applicable.

 

  • Emergency Escalation Services:

No need to buy hours and just engage us during the emergency or disaster or outage.

First Time customers will take some extra time to setup.

Includes Further Escalation to Microsoft Product Support  Services.

Over 10 hours of troubleshooting will also provide an issue prevention Guidance.

Hourly rate of USD $250 hour + tax is applicable.
