Position Title: Solution Architect

Contract Term: 6 months

Activity / Project Role:

A Dynamics Solutions Architect to provide technical and functional leadership. To adequately meet strategic goals, there is a need for a resource who can participate in all phases of the Application Lifecycle Management of our Dynamics 365 platform.

Typical Tasks

• Candidate will perform solution envisioning and requirement analysis by evaluating business requirements and identifying appropriate Microsoft Power Platform solution components to meet the business need. Tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Capturing requirements

• Initiating solution planning sessions

• Leading the design process

• Designing the data and security model

• Testing

• Provide knowledge transfer to County internal team members by leading knowledge transfer sessions.

Training and Experience: Sufficient education, training, and experience to demonstrate the possession and direct application of the following knowledge and abilities.

Candidates should have functional and technical knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Service capabilities, related Microsoft Azure services, and other third-party integration technologies. Including but not limited to CRM and ERP modules. Candidates will be expected to compose business requirements and translate the elicited requirements into an architectural blueprint. Candidate will provide balance to meet a project's business needs while also meeting functional and nonfunctional requirements.

• Experience extending Microsoft Dynamics using Microsoft Azure Services

• Experience with database design using Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Azure SQL

• Experience with C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, FetchXml, OData Queries and JavaScript frameworks

• Experience with developing Data Visualization Tools built using Power BI and SQL SSRS Reports Experience with known SDLC Best Practices such as Agile and Scrum Methodologies

PREFERRED CERTIFICATION:

• Preference to candidates who are Microsoft Certified Professionals one of the following areas:

• MB-600: Microsoft Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect

• PL-600: Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect

• MB-710: Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 Online Deployment
