JOB DESCRIPTION:

• 15+ Years experience with Microsoft Dynamics365.
• Solid Understanding on the Sales/ Field Service Module/scheduling in Dynamics.
• 5–7-year experience in configuration/customization of the Dynamics Field Service Module
• Knowledge with MS Power Apps/ Flows, JavaScript, jQuery, XML, Azure DevOps
• Knowledge with SAP a plus
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and identify key business processes that will be supported by the new solution.
• Develop a solution architecture that is scalable, efficient, and meets the needs of the business.
• Drive the implementation of Dynamics 365, including customization, configuration, and integration with other systems.
• Manage the development process, including code review, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure that the solution meets security and compliance requirements.
• Provide guidance and support to the development team and collaborate with other teams to ensure successful integration with other systems.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to technical problems.
• Setting up tools and standards for managing the program.
• Planning, tracking, and reporting on outputs and outcomes.
• Information and logistics management.
• Financial planning and tracking.
• Risk and Issue tracking.
• Cross-project interdependency management.
