About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our growing team in India. This role is focused on driving sales of Microsoft solutions and services, managing key accounts, and expanding our customer base in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets for Microsoft products and services.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the territory and drive end-to-end sales cycles.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to deliver customized solutions.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft’s offerings and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Microsoft Sales (cloud, licenses, solutions, etc.).
  • Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Delhi, Mumbai, or NCR – preferred.
