Job Description:

Conducts a variety of studies, functional and financial analysis and evaluation of systems and initiatives to include operations and procedures. Performs strategic planning, develops benchmarks, metrics and conducts research of emerging technologies. Participate in the development and implementation of performance measures, economic analysis such as return on investment and cost benefit analysis, and benchmark studies. Participates with County staff in strategic information technology architecture planning and design. Provide support and coordination of the County’s Security Awareness initiatives.
